IBPA’s Executive Committee is responsible for providing high level support to IBPA’s Chief Executive Officer – functioning as a sounding board between official meetings of the IBPA Board of Directors. The IBPA Board of Directors may, by a majority vote of Directors, delegate to the Executive Committee any of the powers and authority of the Board in the management of the business and affairs of IBPA.
