IBPA's Books for Review cooperative catalog is mailed quarterly (February, May, August, November) to approximately 3,000 reviewers, journalists, and bloggers across the U.S. IBPA's list of reviewers is sourced from Meltwater and built in-house.

Bounce-back cards are included in each mailing so reviewers can request specific title(s). Names, addresses, and phone numbers of requesting reviewers are forwarded to each participating publisher.

The price for the Books for Review Cooperative Catalog is $210 per title, per catalog for IBPA members.


Special considerations -

  • Cost is $210 per title placement for IBPA members.
  • A special BUNDLE DEAL, including one Books for Review Cooperative Catalog ad and one Bookstore Cooperative Catalog ad, is also available for $350 for IBPA members (a savings of $90).

  • Publisher name

  • Ordering information (up to 3 wholesalers/distributors).
  • Cover image: at least 2" tall at 300 ppi in CMYK; JPEG, TIFF, or high-res PDFs accepted.

*It is important to include parts of any significant reviews from the major trade media or influential and recognizable people in the description. If possible, a good review should take the place of a general description.

Note: IBPA members have three (3) days after the registration deadline to deliver their materials for the program.
